I cannot comment on whether this app is protecting me from anything or not. My company required it. However what I can say is that after installing this app my battery is draining very fast. In fact while plugged in and charging, it is loosing charge percent unless the phone is in low battery mode or powered off. Before installing this my battery would charge to 100% overnight and lasted well over 24 hours. Now overnight I can never get it to 80%. iPhone 14.

The only job for this app is to slowdown the phone Literally had two hours to make work this junk of software with another - MS company portal...

I cannot get the harmony app to synch with my iPhone 14pro. It spins, then a screen pops up asking for a sign in and when I hit that - the message is I have so wifi or cellular service, which I do. Does this app need an update?

Constantly blocks data, if it wasn’t required by my employer I wouldn’t have it. Constantly uninstall and reinstall because it blocks everything. Absolute junk, if I could rate it zero I would

After an updated scan, I’m unable to view the analysis reports for any app that is listed under “My Apps”. Please resolve!

There are a couple comments complaining about battery consumption. Looks like dev didn’t event try to solve the issue. It uses 35% of the battery.

Desperate for Internet and in the Frankfurt airport this app detected that I connected to a mitm gateway with a portal/Eula in a language I didn’t understand. Whether it’s was ‘quid pro quo’ free internet or something more sinister, the controls put in place kept corporate assets blocked until off this free WiFi.

I’ve had this app installed now for almost two years. The tech has the best catch rate of any other threat prevention on a mobile device AND it is great on battery usage :).

Really appreciate knowing my mobile device is safe at all times.

I’ve been using sandblast for the last two years. It has saved me many times from potential MIM’s. The 3% of battery consumption I’ve seen is well worth it for the security it provides.

I’ve seen this product stop malicious activity while at the same present what I needed in real time. Very cool!

I was hesitant at first to download this app, but now can’t imagine having a phone without it. With all my personal and work information in one place, I use this app to make sure the WiFi I connect to, the apps I download and the sites I use are safe. This app helps puts my mind at ease

I have seen more and more issues with mobile security in the news. Our organization began using this product several years ago and it is almost invisible to me unless something sketchy is happening. It has helped secure us from malicious apps and protects against man in the middle attack’s. I have seen these detections rise significantly in the last 6 months.

Easy and secure. There’s no noticeable issue to the performance of my phone or ability to do business.

Sandblast Mobile is always there monitoring my apps and web activity. I would almost forget that I have it except for the occasional malicious link I have followed and the warning received. Very little impact on battery life

This product is outstanding. Not only can this product find malware, but it protects other vectors of attack as well. I don’t have to worry about phishing or man in the middle attacks anymore.

Noticed zero difference in battery life and has saved my bacon more than once. Stopped a couple of Man in the Middle attacks when jumping onto public Wi-Fi and stopped malware when doing google image searches. I was surprised to find out how many attacks I was vulnerable to.

Battery issues look to be resolved. Using less than 1% of overall battery. Helped protect when I accidentally connected to the wrong hotspot.

Definitely think this app lives up to its name and look forward to future updates. I go through bouts of using my phone a lot and then barely at all. Typically, this pulls no more than 10% of battery so still room for improvement. And update I’d like is the ability to block trackers from apps that I’m unaware of. They send out details of my device typically when it’s plugged in. This is something other apps can show you a detailed view of and block. Think it would be very relevant here as that can be a security issue.

The app is complete disaster, consumes 25% as background app even when i disable background refresh.

Like all of the other reviewers, this app is using 29% of my battery. Check Point apparently doesn’t care about all the negative reviews.

Especially on iOS 11. FIX THIS!!!

I can only assume this app is providing whatever security checking it is supposed to, but it seems to be very energy inefficient in doing so. With this app installed I barely get a full day of battery life and when I check Settings->Battery this app is always consuming the largest share of my battery, typically in the range of 25-35% due to background activity. Makes me want to close it which defeats the security goals. I thought this app is just checking that no malicious apps are installed. How often does it really need to do that? How can it use more battery than any other app I have installed including those I use regularly in foreground? Please invest some development effort into fixing this.

Battery drain was tolerable in ios10 but is worse in ios11, please fix! 2-3% per hour overhead.

This hungry little hippo consumes on average 7% of battery per day... and I'm not really sure what it's doing (aside from slowing down my phone).

Decreases battery life. Breaks BTLE app integration. Breaks Bluetooth audio with headsets. Breaks Bluetooth car integration. Breaks wifi. Avoid this app at all cost, sadly it is forced upon us by our wonderful corporate IT overlords that fail to actually understand mobile threat models as they are sold a bag of goods by a software vendor.

Great product to provide security protections for your mobile device. Extremely lightweight, averaging less than 2% battery usage per day and provides piece of mind that our phones are always protected with simple remediation instructions if a malicious app is found.

I'm a not heavy smart phone user. My iPhone6 usually last 3-4 days after one change. With this, I need to charge almost every day or two. It used half of my battery.

Apparently this app just serves to drain battery life on my phone

Consumes about 7% of my battery during the day and adds lag to everything. Feels like my iPhone 6 turned in to an iPhone 5.
